Despite being the fourth largest Island in Thailand, Koh Kood has managed to remain an unspoiled slice of tropical heaven. Located in Trat province, the easternmost Island before the Cambodian border in the Gulf of Thailand, Koh Kood is also the southernmost of the Koh Chang island chain. With gorgeous Beaches and little other infrastructure, it’s a resort destination that caters to those looking for a quiet beach paradise, with soft sand, crystal clear water, and little else.

Catch the boats from Laem Sok Pier, Trat province (Journey time: 60-90 mins.)
There’s no public transportation. Renting a motorbike is recommended for your convenience.
The best time to travel to Koh Kood is between November and February although the monsoon rains are moderate even during the rainy season months. In the low season, between April and November, there is limited boat service to the island as tourist arrivals are less frequent.

- Complimentary welcome cold drink upon arrival.
- Complimentary Thai healthy (goodnight) drink during 19.30 – 20.30 pm available for all customers.
- Any surcharges on transportation and others services are not included in room rates.
- We highly recommend to arrange boat transfer in advance, especially peak season (Nov-Apr). Arrival and departure details (flight/time) are required.
- Pets under 4 kg & 5-10 kg are allowed in selected rooms with extra THB 1,500 & 2,500 each (per trip), available for direct booking only.
- Outside food and drinks are not allowed.
- Compulsory dinners organized over new year eve on 31st (18.00-00.30).
- Room service (+10% service charge) is available for Appetizer-Sandwich-Burger-Pizza menus only.
- No cable TV.
- Smoking is not permitted in any of villas/cottages.
- Private vehicles are not allowed on the island.
OCCUPANCY POLICY :
- Standard occupancy is 2 people, and maximum is 3 people (+ surcharge) available for Tropical Hill Pool Villa, Crescent Cottage and Natural Cottage.
- Standard occupancy is 2 people, and maximum is 4 people (+ surcharge) available for Beach Villa.
- Standard occupancy is 2-3 people, and maximum is 4 people (+ surcharge) available for Sense Pool Villa.
- Standard occupancy per room is 4 people, and maximum is 6 people (+ surcharge) available for Tropical Ocean Pool Villa - 2 Bedrooms.
- Resort can charge an additional fee for the extra person if it exceeds the number of occupants paid upon booking.
- Either extra bed or sofa bed are applied for extra person, subject to availability.
- Extra beds or mattresses charge at THB 1,500 per night per person, including breakfast, subject to availability and room space.
- Maximum one child (under 3 years old) allowed to share their parent’s room and they receive breakfast at no extra charge.
- One child (between 4 and 8 years old) sharing the existing bed(s) is charged either only for breakfast at THB 245 or THB 600 per person per night for breakfast and extra (child) floor mattress
- Children over 9 years old are charged at THB 1,500 per person per night for breakfast and extra bed.
- Extra baby cot is available for infants between 0-1 years old (<10 kg.). The arrangement is subjected to availability upon check in only (X1 extra baby cot per room - the 2nd ones will be charged at 490 THB per night).

Check-in time at 2 pm I check-out time at 11 am.
CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW POLICY :
- Guests who cancel a reservation after confirmation 30 days or fewer before the start of their stay will be charged 100%.
- Administration fee of 10% will be charged in any cancellation.
- The charges are non-negotiable.

All customers must present credit card or cash deposit as a guarantee of their incidental expenses e.g. room service, mini bar, telephone; laundry etc.. upon check-in. Incidental expenses must be settled upon departure in cash or credit card.
