GENERAL INFORMATION:

• All room categories include breakfast for 2-4 people, Wi-Fi in the room and public areas.
• Rates are quoted in Thai Baht and include 7% government tax.
• Kids of all ages are welcome.
• Disabled and elderly guests are advised to travel with family or friends.
• Check-in time: 14:00 | Check-out time: 11:00.
• Standard occupancy per room is 2 persons. A surcharge applies for extra persons.
• Complimentary Thai healthy "Goodnight" drink is available for all customers from 19:30 to 20:30.
• Any surcharges for transportation and other services are not included in the room rates.
• It is highly advised to arrange land and sea transportation in advance.
• Arrival and departure details (flight/time) are required.
• Check-in at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled boat departure at Laem Sok Pier, Trat Province.
• Outside food and drinks are not allowed.
• Pets under 4 kg and 5-10 kg are allowed in selected rooms with an extra deep cleaning fee of THB 1,500 and 2,500 per stay, available for direct booking only.
• Compulsory dinners are organized on New Year's Eve (31st) from 18:00 to 00:30.
• Room service (+10% service charge) is available for appetizers, sandwiches, burgers, pizza, and drinks.
• No free TV/Cable.
• Smoking is not permitted in any villas or cottages.
• Private vehicles are not allowed on the island.

OCCUPANCY POLICY:

• Tropical Hill Pool Villa, Crescent Cottage, and Natural Cottage: Standard occupancy is 2 people; maximum occupancy is 3 people (with surcharge).
• Beach Villa: Standard occupancy is 2 people; maximum occupancy is 4 people (with surcharge).
• Sense Pool Villa: Standard occupancy is 2-3 people; maximum occupancy is 4 people (with surcharge).
• Tropical Ocean Pool Villa - 2 Bedrooms: Standard occupancy is 4 people; maximum occupancy is 6 people (with surcharge).
• The resort reserves the right to charge an additional fee for extra persons exceeding the number of occupants paid for upon booking.
• Extra beds or sofa beds for additional persons are subject to availability.
• Extra beds or mattresses are charged at THB 1,500 per night per person, including breakfast, subject to availability and room space.
• A maximum of one child (under 3 years old) is allowed to share their parents' room and receive breakfast at no extra charge.
• One child (between 4 and 8 years old) sharing existing bed(s) is charged THB 245 for breakfast only or THB 600 per person per night for breakfast and an extra (child) floor mattress.
• Children over 9 years old are charged THB 1,500 per person per night for breakfast and an extra bed.
• An extra baby cot is available for infants between 0-1 years old (<10 kg). The arrangement is subject to availability upon check-in (1 extra baby cot per room; a second cot will be charged at THB 490 per night).

CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY:

• Guests who cancel a reservation 30 days or fewer before the start of their stay will be charged 100% of the booking amount.
• An administration fee of 10% will be charged for any cancellation.
• These charges are non-negotiable.

INCIDENTAL EXPENSES:

• All guests must present a credit card or cash deposit as a guarantee for incidental expenses (e.g., room service, minibar, telephone, laundry) upon check-in.
• Incidental expenses must be settled upon departure either by cash or credit card.
